  • Experience shame, guilt, or fear around their body or sexuality
  • Suffer from premature ejaculation, erectile dysfunction, pain, burning, or numbness during intercourse, or other sexual challenges

One of the most important aspects, and biggest challenges, in relationships (be it romantic, sexual, platonic, familial, or professional ones) is authentic communication. It is the key to deeper intimacy, understanding, empathy, and overall more fulfilling connections in our personal and professional lives. But in order to be able to communicate with others, we first need to have a significant understanding of ourselves, which requires us to explore parts of our mind and body that are often looked over, ignored, and avoided. This is where coaching, professional psychological therapy, and/or counselling can be greatly supportive.

In LovEmbodied Sex & Relationship Coaching, you will be guided and encouraged through questions, prompts, and practices to do some self-inquiry, which will ultimately support you to cultivate more self-awareness, self-responsibility, and self-love, so that your life and relationships are based on a deep connection with, love for, and understanding of yourself, rather than the outdated model of fear and dependency.
