Your body is right there, breathing, feeling, and responding, but you're barely in it.

Embodiment just means coming back down.
Noticing the weight of your feet on the floor, the tension in your shoulders you didn't know was there, and the breath you've been holding.

It sounds simple because it is.
Not easy... simple.

When you start living from your whole body instead of just your head, everything changes. How you move through a room, touch someone, and show up in intimacy.

Your body already knows things your mind is still trying to figure out.

Embodiment is learning to listen to it.

Presence is a skill. It requires practice. Like a Presence is a skill. It requires practice.

Like any skill, it lives in the body, not in the intention.

You can want to be present and still be somewhere else entirely. Your nervous system doesn't care what you meant to do. It responds to what you actually are.

These three things are where it starts.
